The records office inbox: see every request in one place, sign PDFs with your hospital’s certificate, and send them to the patient’s app. No mail, fax or phone calls. Patients use the iPhone app; insurers and attorneys use the web portal.

Windows

RecordSpeed-Setup.exe · 243 MB · Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit · no administrator rights needed

  1. Open RecordSpeed-Setup.exe from your Downloads folder.
  2. If Windows shows “Windows protected your PC”, click More info, then Run anyway.
  3. RecordSpeed installs, opens, and is added to your Start menu.

Mac

RecordSpeed-macOS.dmg · 238 MB · Apple silicon (M1 or newer)

  1. Open RecordSpeed-macOS.dmg and drag RecordSpeed to Applications.
  2. Open RecordSpeed from Applications. If macOS says it can’t check it for malicious software, click Done.
  3. Open System Settings → Privacy & Security, scroll down and click Open Anyway next to RecordSpeed. You only do this once.
